About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales of package sewage treatment plants (STPs) across the UK. This role involves business development, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets within the wastewater treatment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the residential, commercial and industrial wastewater treatment sectors.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies.

  • Provide technical sales support, including system selection, pricing, and proposal preparation.

  • Conduct site visits, presentations, and product demonstrations.

  • Stay updated on UK environmental regulations and discharge standards.

  • Collaborate with engineering and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Key Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 4-6 years in sales of wastewater treatment systems, environmental solutions, or related industries.

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of package STPs, aeration systems, filtration, sludge dewatering and wastewater treatment processes.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.

  • Driving License: A valid UK driving license (travel to client sites required).

  • Industry Network: Existing connections in the water/wastewater treatment sector (preferred).
